Home Peel: Affordable Home Ownership Program

Home Purchase Down Payment Assistance in Peel Region

Program aims to help moderate income households, total gross income of 88,900 or less, who have been renting in Misissauaga, Brampton or Caledon for at least 1 year, with down payment assistance of up to $20,000.   Home purchase price cannot exceed $330,000. If the purchaser remains in the home 20 years the funds do not need to be repaid.  Further details for qualification are available. Check details for repayment.

Applications are currently closed.  Check in August for details for next possible opening in fall 2016.
